Lead Cabinet Estimator
Spraggins has been serving the construction industry for over 45 years as an established, vertically integrated subcontractor. We supply, distribute, and install cabinets, countertops, and flooring for some of the largest multifamily developers and general contractors throughout Florida and the Southeast U.S.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Reviewing CAD drawings and takeoffs to accurately get cabinet and countertop quantities
- Take quantities and determine cost
- Convert quantities and costs into bid proposals
- Convert bid proposals into submittals and orders
- Overseeing and coordinating junior estimators (both local and contract remote)
Requirements:
Experience in CAD, excel spreadsheets, and has a mastery of cabinet installation and products.
